PROJECT MANAGER - Software Development / Testing / IT

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Location - Washington, D.C. (3 days in-person)

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• 20+ years of project management/ lead experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Preferred skills

1) Project Manager to support the PMO office overseeing the development of procurement artifacts, policies, and procedures.

2) Project Manager with experience in managing testing team- creating test plans; dev. test scripts; build test teams; documenting test execution; and reporting.

3) Project Manager training, build training teams & develop change management.

4) Project Manager to manage end-to-end SDLC - development requirements, design, organize implementation, testing, report and post go-live support.

5) Project manager to procurement & contracting with a specialization in change management to play a key role in the all procurement process.
