Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide world-class assistance to customers of a leading Global Hosting Company. Your role will be to resolve technical issues related to web hosting, internet applications, and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with technical inquiries related to web hosting and internet services through phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of technical issues, providing clear recommendations for resolution.

Escalate widespread or critical customer issues to management and ensure timely follow-up for customer satisfaction.

Accurately document and track all customer interactions using company systems.

Stay up to date with Standard Operating Procedures and troubleshooting practices, maintaining a 50% or higher success rate on internal knowledge assessments.

Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach when handling customer concerns.

Work effectively in a team environment, responding positively to feedback and striving for continuous improvement.

Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Be available for flexible shifts, including day, night, and weekend hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Experience with HTML editors (e.g., FrontPage, Dreamweaver) and internet-based applications (web browsers, email clients) is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot email programs, such as Outlook.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

1-2 years of call center experience preferred.

Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems is required; familiarity with UNIX/Linux is a plus.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
