Job Description

  • Manage and organize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications in Mandarin and English.
  • Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel-related expenses.
  • Schedule, plan, and organize internal and external meetings or events.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the executive and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
  • Experience in a multicultural or bilingual working environment is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is mandatory.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
