Job Description

• Manage production systems and drive continuous improvements across all production aspects, including Safety and 5S implementation.
• Coordinate and ensure the execution of all production activities, including scheduling, resourcing, work assignments, and tracking daily results (actual vs. planned), while continuously enhancing team performance.
• Lead daily production activities, collaborating closely with Production Supervisors and the Maintenance/Engineering team to achieve machine efficiency targets.
• Administer personnel actions, including disciplinary measures, role rotations, promotions, terminations, salary adjustments, and professional development for all subordinates.

Requirement

• Has to have 5 years being in the directorial level or 10 years of plant management role
• Experiences in managing multiple sites
• Well-versed in business strategies on top of operational experiences
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree holder
• Possess strong world-class manufacturing, LEAN and process improvement experiences
