Job Description

• Analyze current procurement process and identify improvement strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Mentor and manage a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
