Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through telephone, face-to-face meetings, online chat, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop and nurture warm leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify target prospects and organize client engagement events to enhance business relationships.
- Leverage product knowledge to deliver impactful presentations showcasing our solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales with interested customers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies while monitoring and evaluating their performance.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions, implementing frameworks to prevent recurring issues.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on sales performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure ethical telesales practices and maintain high standards in customer handling to prevent any instances of misrepresentation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales (client acquisition), with at least 1 year in a telemarketing role preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in successfully conducting cold calls
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work on-site, 5 days a week, in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
