Job Description

• Financial Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business development and investment opportunities.
• Financial Management:
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Investment Oversight:
  • Evaluate and manage the company's investment portfolio across entertainment, F&B, and property.
  • Lead financial due diligence for new acquisitions and partnerships.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably within B2C sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements
