Job Description

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees based on company needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and prepare training materials and modules.
• Facilitate training sessions both in-person (offline) and virtually (online).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through participant feedback and competency assessments.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure training aligns with business requirements.
• Develop innovative and effective learning strategies to improve knowledge retention.
• Prepare training reports and provide recommendations for employee development to management.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Management, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing training effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
