Job Description

  • Plan, Develop And Establish The Strategic Marketing And Business Development Direction For The Organization
  • Develop And Formulate Key Market Development Strategies
  • Develop And Drive Product And Service Innovation Strategies
  • Developing And Communicating Key Performance Goals To The Team
  • Measures Productivity And Effectiveness Levels Of Staff By Analyzing Performance Data, Financial Data And Activity Reports Against Key Performance Goals
  • Improving Efficiency And Effective Overall Business Functions Within The Business Unit
  • Conducts Performance Evaluators And Handle Disciplinary Matters
  • Provide Leadership, Coaching And Mentoring To Ensure That The Team Achieves Their Key Deliverables
  • Inculcate A Positive, Transparent And Nurturing Business Culture That Promotes Team Camaraderie And Team Spirit
  • Managing And Meeting Budget Goals By Monitoring The Financial Health Of The Business Unit
  • Enforce All Corporate Policies And Directives

Requirement

  • Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar role and experiences
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving ability
  • Demonstrated capability in strategy development, setting direction, articulating and driving strategy and business plans
  • Demonstrated capability in managing significant organizational change
  • Possess a strong knowledge of business process and functions
  • Knowledge and understanding of Technology and Data Analytics will be highly regarded
  • Sound ability to interpret, analyze and present using financial and statistical data
  • Excellent Inter-Personnel Management skills. For example, excellent negotiation, influencing and consultation skills to participate constructively with other senior executives in a leadership and teamwork setting
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or business-related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Leadership role
