Job Description

-Make sure that the company complies with all applicable regulations and as per industry standards
- Advise management on legal risk and implications of business decision
- Coordinate with HQ and shareholders regarding compliance, and monitor internal control policies and procedures
- Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Identify, assess and mitigate operational, financial and legal risks in collaboration with related dept
- Develop and integrate risk management strategies into business processes
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Make sure that all legal documents are aligned with organizational policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits

Requirement

-Bachelor's degree in Law

-Business Mandarin proficiency and Conversational English proficiency

-Min. 5 years as Legal with at least 1 year of managerial experience, experienced in handling legal, compliance, internal audit and risk management in Chinese company

-Proficient in legal research, data analytics and audit
