Job Description

• Foster strong partnerships across all levels of the Sales team by building rapport and maintaining effective communication.
• Oversee the strategies and activities of the Sales team within assigned areas to achieve revenue and COI (Contribution to Operating Income) targets.
• Align team efforts with company goals by developing and implementing creative, impactful action plans to enhance sales opportunities.
• Proactively address challenges to ensure a supportive and productive environment for the Sales team to grow their business.
• Provide actionable field insights on products, operations, team dynamics, and competitors, while driving timely solutions to address the Sales teams challenges.

Requirement

• Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, or any relevant field
• Have 5 years leading and motivating a team in a managerial 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent public speaking and presentation
• Language ability in Indonesian & English 
• Well organized, detailed, creative and able to work effectively and efficiently even under pressure
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to ensure a strong, effective team
