Job Description

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting, and audits.
• Lead annual budgeting processes, financial forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Maintain adherence to OJK and other financial regulatory requirements.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CPA or WPEE and WPPE certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, preferably in the securities or financial services industry with exposure in leading team.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, including OJK and tax laws in Indonesia.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
