Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
• Define and drive technical strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products.
• Drive best practices in software engineering, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee code quality, performance, and scalability while ensuring timely releases.
  
• Manage the team's career development and conduct regular performance reviews.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  
• Technical Skills: Expertise in [list relevant technologies, e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, AWS, etc.], and experience with full-stack development.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams.
