Job Description

• Business Performance Review And Analysis
• Produce Frequent Reports And Presentation Decks Which Provide Total Picture And Well-connected Insights About Business Performance For Different Target Audience To Achieve Different Objectives (from Leadership Team To Internal Staff Or Amway Business Owner (ABO) Leaders).
• Coordinate With Key Stakeholders Across All Departments To Get Insights And Alignment For The Total Business Performance Review.
• Support Other Function Leaders To Develop Rationale/narratives Based On Key Business Diagnostics.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in the health and wellness or direct selling industry.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
