Job Description

• Manage the regional sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets for life insurance products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of sales managers and agents, providing coaching and support to ensure they achieve high performance.
• Track and analyse sales performance data, providing regular reports to senior management and making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including brokers, agents, and other distribution channels, to enhance collaboration and drive sales growth.

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on growth and market penetration.
