Job Description

• Overlooking day-to-day business process and in collaboration with the operation team to identify potential client and provide a recommendation for improvements
• Manage the organization and Leadership team Sales/presales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance within the defined budge
  
• Manage P&L, commercial and operation strategy in the company
• Drive profitable business growth, increasing the mix of Service Plans revenue. Drive and secure the plan and execution of the Campaign
• Provide leadership to the commercial, operations, finance, product development, and business development team, through addressing the commercial, technical and operational aspects of potential customer
• Managing both operations and the business development and diversification to other areas of domestic industrial products in the company's quest to grow into a world class company

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a commercial discipline from reputable university
• Minimum 20 years' experience in industrial and manufacturing
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levels
• Analytical skills and sound financial understanding of the supply chain
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization
• Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory
