Job Description

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and effective leadership across all dealership departments, including service, parts, and finance. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a superior customer experience by establishing and maintaining high service standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day dealership operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency. Work closely with finance to maintain financial health.

Requirement

• Indonesian talent with minimum 15 years experience in Automotive Industry
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Engineering background is preferred
• Experience in handling big numbers of branch office
• Strong communication & presentation skills
