Job Description

• Work with TikTok creators and help them grow their accounts and earnings.
• Create content strategies that match TikTok trends and audience interests.
• Recommend the best products for creators to promote and sell.
• Plan content & posting schedules to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Track and analyze their content & live-stream performance, providing feedback for improvement.
• Plan live streaming operations, including product selection, schedules, and strategy.
• Work with sales & marketing teams to create strategies for better sales & brand positioning.
• Find and negotiate brand deals for creators that fit their personal brand.

Requirement

• Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, social media trends, and live streaming sales.
• Data-driven mindset can analyze performance and make improvements.
• Experience with high-GMV creators, helping them grow their sales.
• Strong negotiation skills for handling brand deals & creator endorsements.
