Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive continuous improvement in overall business performance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Foster effective communication and build strong, collaborative relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Conduct strategic and professional negotiations with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare sales reports and perform thorough evaluations of client visits and follow-up results to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Label Printing (PSA Label) industry will be a strong advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager in the Label Printing sector.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with hands-on experience managing professional and systematic B2B sales processes.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
