Job Description

• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and records to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution
• Support the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls and accounting policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide essential financial data and insights for strategic decision-making

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in a compliance-focused role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
