Job Description

• Oversee the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with both local and international standards.
• Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting to ensure optimization and adherence to regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, managing key areas such as accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely month-end closings and financial statement preparation while driving process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and tax, with a proven track record in financial reporting and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
