Job Description

• Oversee the operations of two tapioca starch factories in Lampung.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards.
• Manage raw material sourcing, particularly cassava from local farmers.
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the factories.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in the tapioca starch industry or similar industries (coconut, palm oil, cocoa, rubber).
• Strong background in chemical and electrical engineering.
• Good understanding of factory operations and improvement processes.
• Excellent social skills to interact with local farmers and community members.
