Job Description

• Translate The Brief Into Visual Language Effectively.
• Collaborate With The Team To Develop Video Concepts, Storyboards, And Scripts.
• Operate And Maintain Video Equipment, Including Cameras, Lighting, And Sound Equipment, To Ensure Optimal Video Quality.
• Assist The Producer Throughout The Entire Video Production Process, From Pre-production To Post-production.
• Shoot Video Footage And Edit It Using Industry-standard Software, Ensuring Seamless Transitions, Proper Pacing, And Visual Appeal.
• Incorporate Graphics, Animations, And Special Effects As Required To Enhance The Overall Video Quality.
• Ensure Projects Are Delivered On Time, Meeting All Requirements From Stakeholders.
• Maintain A Professional And Positive Attitude While Working In A Team Environment, Effectively Communicating And Collaborating With Team And Stakeholders.

Requirement

• A diploma or Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, communication, broadcasting, or related field
• Solid experience in short video platform production (TikTok, IG Reels, YT Short)
• Solid experience with camera equipment, digital technology, and editing software packages (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Auditions, DaVinci, etc)
• Ability to work in a small/large production team
• Familiarity with motion graphics and composition
• Proficiency in photography is a plus
