Job Description

• Use effective sourcing methods to choose and develop suppliers for assigned portfolios, including market research and negotiations.
• Create and recommend strategies for sourcing raw and packaging materials to build a competitive supplier base.
• Understand market trends and costs for key commodities to develop balanced supplier strategies.
• Identify risks and opportunities in sourcing processes and implement solutions.
• Create backup plans to ensure a steady supply of materials.

Requirement

• Indonesian candidate with at least 10 years experience in Direct Procurement within FMCG Companies.
• MBA in Supply Chain Management or Engineering Degree.
• Strong expertise in Packaging, Raw Material and Commodity Management.
• Strong Entrepreneurial profile with high decision making skills and communications.
