Job Description

• Plan, organize, and oversee the garment production process from design to finished goods.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, supervisors, and technicians.
• Provide direction, training, and development to the team to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Identify areas for process improvements in production to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in garment production management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of garment production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a large production team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
