Job Description

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize rental income across the company's warehouse properties.
• Leverage market research and industry expertise to identify and target high-value tenants.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with brokers, potential tenants, and key industry stakeholders to secure a flourishing leasing pipeline.
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, securing favorable terms for the company while exceeding tenant expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Foster seamless collaboration with development and property management teams to ensure properties are competitively positioned and cater to evolving tenant needs.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in 3PL commercial management / logistics solutions.
• A well-established network of industry contacts, understanding of the industrial real estate market dynamics will be adventagous
• Superior negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close deals and secure favorable lease terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex lease agreements and financial data with accuracy.
