Job Description
- Establish And Nurture A Skilled Cybersecurity Team Divided Into Two Core Functions - Consulting And Technical.
- Recruit, Train, And Mentor Professionals With Diverse Expertise.
- Provide Strong Leadership, Guidance, And Inspiration To The Team, Fostering A Culture Of Innovation And Excellence.
- Collaborate With Senior Leadership To Develop A Comprehensive Cybersecurity Strategy Aligned With The Company's Overall Business Goals.
- Lead The Execution Of The Cybersecurity Roadmap, Driving Business Expansion And Identifying New Opportunities For Growth.
- Oversee The Design And Architecture Of Cutting-edge Cybersecurity Solutions That Meet Clients' Needs And Align With Industry Best Practices.
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure The Seamless Integration Of Security Solutions Within The Overall Product And Service Ecosystem.
- Collaborate With Marketing And Sales Teams To Understand Customer Requirements And Expectations, Ensuring That Cybersecurity Solutions Enhance The Customer Journey And Experience.
- Continuously Assess And Improve Customer Satisfaction Through Feedback And Engagement.
Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in the IT security sector, preferably in Presales/Consulting/Technical Sales roles with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, product design, and architecture design in the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams - experience in managing and leading a team in the last 5 years of tenure.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc. are a plus.
