Job Description
- Drive The Execution Of The Group's Business Strategy, Focusing On Acquiring New Clients And Increasing The Share Of Wallet For Existing Clients Across Different Lines Of Business.
- Engage And Inspire All Staff To Embrace The Vision And Strategy, Ensuring They Deliver On Strategic Priorities Through Strong Leadership, Setting A Positive Example, And Maintaining Continuous Communication With Colleagues At All Levels.
- Act As The Internal And External Ambassador For Indonesia, Representing The Country To Global Business Units And Markets, As Well As Clients And Potential Clients. Recognize Indonesia As An Important Execution Market And A Significant Part Of Our Global Portfolio Focused On Corporate And Fund Solutions End-Market.
- Manage And Coordinate Service Delivery Across All Lines Of Business, In Accordance With The Target Delivery Models And Operational Excellence Framework, Aligning With Our Ambition To Be The Leading Global Platform For Fund Solutions And Corporate Services For Our Clients.
Requirement
- Minimum 15 years working experience of leading a growing business, in a regulated, multinational, multi service environment.
- Deep experience of leading a professional services business delivering a broad range of services to both large local corporates and multi-national corporates.
- Proven track record in driving organic growth through increasing revenue from the existing client base as well as acquiring new clients.
- More than 5 Years of operational experience in multiservice, multi-country environments, covering offshoring, centralisation & standardisation initiatives aimed at serving an increasingly global client persona.
- Experience in actively managing change; from idea inception to fully implementing changes proposed.
- Robust capabilities around business planning, budgeting and managing P&Ls.
- The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of (Indonesia specific & general) Corporate Multi-National Expansion solutions (such as Company Secretarial, Payroll, Financial Accounting etc).
