Job Description

• Identifying training needs: Working with management to identify training needs for the company
• Planning and scheduling training: Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and lectures
• Developing training materials: Preparing training materials and maintaining a database of them
• Evaluating training: Assessing the effectiveness of training and making modifications as needed
• Providing feedback: Providing constructive feedback to learners and adjusting the training program as needed
• Monitoring performance: Developing systems to monitor employee performance and ensure they are meeting training objectives
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring employees comply with company standards and procedures during training

Requirement

• A bachelor degree in a relevant field, such as human resource management, communication, or business administration
• Experience in training or teaching minimal 2 Years
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with e-learning tools and platforms
• Experience with instructional design and curriculum development
