Job Description

• Lead the database team and manage all database-related projects and tasks.
• Ensure that the database infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any database-related issues that arise.
• Develop and implement database strategies and best practices.
• Manage the design, development, and deployment of new database systems and applications.
• Work closely with other teams, such as software engineering and product management, to understand their database needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in database administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the payment gateway industry is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud-based database platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of database administrators and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
