Job Description

• Leading and developing a high-performing quality control team
• Implementing and maintaining quality management systems
• Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to improve quality and efficiency
• Providing technical guidance and training to team members
• Overseeing the resolution of quality-related issues
• Preparing and presenting quality reports to senior management
• Ensuring all operations comply with regulations

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and other related field
• A strong understanding of quality assurance tools and methodologies
• A meticulous approach to inspections and audits
• Able to quickly identify and resolve quality issues
• Able to lead a team
• Able to clearly articulate quality standards to team members and other departments
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
