Job Description:

• Lead and guide the assembly process, ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting production targets, maintaining product quality, safety, and managing the team effectively.

• Drive improvements in the production process by identifying areas for optimization.

• Oversee quality control to ensure products meet high standards and deadlines are met.

• Collaborate with different teams and departments to resolve issues and achieve production goals.

• Manage and motivate your team (supervisors, group leaders, operators), providing coaching, feedback, and addressing any performance concerns.

• Ensure a safe working environment by making sure everyone follows safety protocols and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma/undergraduate.

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced footwear manufacturing.

• Deep knowledge of shoe manufacturing, materials, production processes, and quality control.

• Ability to handle multiple production deadlines effectively.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Well-organized with excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in English (daily conversation).

• Proactive self-starter with a positive approach.
