Job Description

Business Development Focus
Be the architect of our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. This involves thorough research of potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and presenting our recruitment solutions in a compelling manner. Engage with key decision-makers to uncover their talent needs and position our services as the optimal solution to their business challenges. Your proactive efforts will drive the expansion of our client portfolio.

Client Relationship Management
Beyond new business generation, your role is to nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. By developing a deep understanding of each clients objectives and challenges, you will ensure that we deliver tailored talent solutions aligned with their goals. Maintaining exceptional client satisfaction through effective account management and customized solutions is essential.

Consultative Selling
Leverage your knowledge of clients business objectives, challenges, and growth ambitions to become their trusted advisor. You will guide them in identifying the right talent solutions by sharing market insights and forging strategic partnerships that empower their success.

Strategic Growth and Market Expansion
Take a proactive role in identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence. By continuously exploring innovative ways to penetrate both current and untapped markets, and by leveraging industry expertise and a robust external network, you will significantly contribute to our ongoing growth and success.



Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree from Reputable University.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation in English.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Sales/ Business Development position.
  • Proven track record in highly achieving sales target.
  • Ability to speak Chinese mandarin will be an advantage.
