Are you an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner or Property Lawyer looking for your next step?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking law firm with a progressive approach to residential conveyancing. Our client is expanding their team and is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to manage a busy caseload with the support of an assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.

Supervise and delegate to an assistant, maintaining quality and timeliness.

Ensure all activity aligns with compliance, KPIs, and service level agreements.

Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, agents, and stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face.

Use a bespoke case management system efficiently to track progress and updates.

Uphold exceptional levels of client service, contributing to the firms positive reputation.

Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Assist other departments if required and adapt to wider firm needs.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as a Conveyancer, Property Lawyer, or Fee Earner in residential conveyancing.

Confident handling leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters independently.

Proven ability to meet personal and team targets (e.g. monthly completions).

Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking skills.

Strong communicator with a professional, client-focused approach.

Tech-savvy and confident with MS Office and legal software platforms.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
