This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking law firm with a progressive approach to residential conveyancing. Our client is expanding their team and is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to manage a busy caseload with the support of an assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.

  • Supervise and delegate to an assistant, maintaining quality and timeliness.

  • Ensure all activity aligns with compliance, KPIs, and service level agreements.

  • Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, agents, and stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face.

  • Use a bespoke case management system efficiently to track progress and updates.

  • Uphold exceptional levels of client service, contributing to the firms positive reputation.

  • Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

  • Assist other departments if required and adapt to wider firm needs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Conveyancer, Property Lawyer, or Fee Earner in residential conveyancing.

  • Confident handling leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters independently.

  • Proven ability to meet personal and team targets (e.g. monthly completions).

  • Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communicator with a professional, client-focused approach.

  • Tech-savvy and confident with MS Office and legal software platforms.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative team player.
