About our Client

Our client is a growing AI-native PR & marketing intelligence company based out of Singapore. They help brands predict, steer, and win narratives in real time. They are present in Singapore and Malaysia. This position will be based in Jakarta as one of the 1st members of their team in Indonesia.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced software engineer to build the Marketing OS of the future. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO, a two-time founder with over 10 years of experience in PR, and be responsible for driving the overall technology strategy of the company, while also contributing to other functions as and when needed. They will also balance being a strong individual contributor with acting as a mentor for more junior team members.

Job Description

• Liaise directly with the CEO and convert the overall product vision into actionable requirements
• Understand and plan and execute solutions to the pain points of the PR operational teams
• Provide technical guidance to senior management and leadership to junior individual contributors
• Lead and implement the technical architecture of the company's Platform
• Manage and troubleshoot company IT infrastructure (Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, etc.)

Job Requirements

• >6 years experience as a software engineer
• Fluent proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with using LLMs in production
• A willingness to learn about the PR industry
• A strong ability to prioritize product goals
