Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical Support Engineer / Technical Engineer to join

our team. This role requires strong technical knowledgeespecially in fire protection, mechanical

systems, and water supply & drainageand the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The

position offers a great opportunity to grow technical expertise while supporting design, project

coordination, and client servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of fire protection, mechanical, and water supply & drainage system designs.
  • Provide technical support during project planning, design, and implementation phases.
  • Conduct basic design calculations, system sizing, and documentation based on relevant engineering codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate technical information and smooth project execution.
  • Attend client meetings, present technical information, and support communication to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain essential project documents including drawings, technical reports, material specifications, and compliance forms.
  • Assist with technical evaluations for equipment, materials, and system proposals.
  • Monitor and update project progress, ensuring timely delivery of technical outputs.
  • Support pre-sales or after-sales activities by providing technical clarification and guidance as needed.
  • Continuously update knowledge of relevant standards and codes (NFPA, SNI, ASHRAE, etc.) to ensure compliance and accuracy in designs.

Qualifications

  • Female, under 30 years old.
  • Pleasant appearance with an active, cheerful, and sociable personality.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Fire Protection, or Water Supply & Drainage.
  • Degree from a reputable university is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a fire protection design company is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client interaction.
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering codes, standards, and design practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team.
  • Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and proactive work attitude.
