Quality Control

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and control the quality of construction work on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and drawings.

2. Carry out regular site evaluations, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve work quality.

3. Inspect, verify, and control the quality of materials used in the project to ensure they meet approved standards and technical requirements.

4. Understand, supervise, and evaluate soil testing activities, including Modified Proctor Test, Sand Cone Test, Plate Bearing Test, and CBR Test.

5. Understand and monitor quality testing procedures for construction materials such as concrete, steel, and asphalt to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.

Requirements: 

1. Able to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and material test results accurately. 

2. Proficient in using AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and coordination purposes. 

3. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and consultants. 

4. Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, firm in decision-making, and possess a positive professional attitude. 

5. High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, and dedication to achieving project objectives. 6. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic site environment.
