About the Role
The Engineering Manager – Applications, Integrations & AI Solutions will lead the technical delivery and execution of our Client's internal digital products, enterprise applications, AI-enabled solutions, integrations, dashboards, workflow automation initiatives, and business technology platforms.
Reporting directly to the Group CTO, this role is responsible for translating business
requirements into scalable production-ready solutions while managing engineering
execution, technical quality, vendor coordination, architecture implementation, release management, and AI-assisted software development practices.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both people management and the ability to
personally design, build, review, troubleshoot, and deliver production-grade software
solutions when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery scope, timelines, dependencies, and execution quality
- Drive release planning and prioritization
- Conduct architecture and technical reviews
- Drive AI-assisted software development practices
- Partner with business stakeholders and vendors
- Support production applications and operational continuity
- Key areas of ownership: Internal Product Development, Application Engineering, AI & Intelligent Solutions, Enterprise Integrations, Engineering Team Leadership, and Vendor Technical Oversight.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years software engineering experience
- 2+ years engineering leadership experience
- Enterprise application delivery experience
- Vendor management experience
- Strong hands-on engineering background
- Technical skills: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Backend Services, Web & Mobile Development, PostgreSQL, Enterprise Integrations, ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines, GitHub, CI/CD, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), System Design, Monitoring & Governance.
Good to have: Kafka, Redis, AI APIs, LLM Integrations, AI Agents, ERP/CRM Integrations, BI Platforms, Workflow Automation, Data Warehouse Concepts.
