Quality Control Officer

Position : Quality Control Officer - Carpet Manufacturing, Surabaya

Join Our Team in Surabaya! We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our manufacturing team in Surabaya. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Carpet, Textile, or Garment industry and possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with production and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Monitor carpet manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report product defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformance issues.
• Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain QC documentation.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality and production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Control  in:
  • Carpet Industry
    
  • Textile Industry
    
  • Garment Industry
    
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and inspection methods.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
