Job Title

Architectural Engineer – Senior Staff

Job Description

• Fully responsible for overall architectural design to ensure compliance with user requirements and applicable SNI regulations (including Green Building standards).

• Design building architecture in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

• Review and evaluate all architectural designs prepared by consultants to ensure compliance with user requirements and regulations.

• Coordinate with consultants regarding design development and necessary revisions.

• Provide recommendations and technical input related to architectural design.

• Monitor consultant work to ensure completion in accordance with agreed requirements and schedules.

• Review and interpret Basic Design, Detail Engineering Design (DED), tender drawings, and construction drawings.

• Design infrastructure area architecture (including landscaping) and supporting buildings in compliance with applicable regulations and Green Building standards.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelors Degree (S1) in Architecture.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Engineer (preferred).

Age

• Maximum 30 years old.

Special Skills

• English proficiency.

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of Basic Design, DED, tender drawings, and construction drawings.

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Revit, and Microsoft Office.

• Up-to-date knowledge of SNI regulations and architectural design standards, including Green Building criteria.
