Job Title: Sales Executive (BUMN)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop sales activities targeting government institutions and State-Owned
  • Enterprises (BUMN), including ministries, agencies, BUMN subsidiaries, and related organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as end users, procurement officials, Commitment Making Officers (PPK), and structural executives.
  • Identify project opportunities through government procurement platforms such as LPSE, e
  • Catalogue, SIPLah (if applicable), as well as internal networks and market intelligence.
  • Deliver solution presentations, product knowledge, and business value propositions to government and BUMN customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with government procurement regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (presales, technical, legal, and finance) to prepare proposals, pricing quotations, and tender documentation.
  • Manage and oversee the tender process from early stages through contract signing and project
  • handover.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the government/BUMN segment.
  • Ensure full compliance with Good Corporate Governance (GCG), business ethics, and government procurement regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1), preferably in Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Female candidates aged 24–35 years old, with a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Account Manager in the Government or BUMN sector.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes, including tender and non-tender mechanisms, as well as e-Catalogue systems.
  • Having an established network or relationships within government institutions or BUMN organizations is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, result-oriented, and accustomed to working under sales goals.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
