Wireman (Level 5)

About the Role
Our client, a growing solar energy company in Indonesia, is seeking a Wireman (Electrical Technician) to support solar PV system installations at residential and commercial sites. This is a hands-on role for certified technicians passionate about renewable energy.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and equipment for solar PV systems.
• Connect inverters, combiner/junction boxes, and grounding systems.
• Read and interpret system layouts and electrical schematics.
• Conduct voltage testing, insulation resistance testing, and commissioning support.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure work complies with PUIL (Indonesian Electrical Code).
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other technicians for timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety standards.

What Were Looking For

• SMK in Electrical Engineering (or related).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a wireman/electrician (solar experience preferred).
• Mandatory certification: SKTTK STTK SERKOM Level 3 or Level 5 (issued by ESDM).
• Optional: Solar PV Installer Certificate (Sertifikat Instalatur Sistem PLTS).
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC wiring, grounding, and protection systems.
• Able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and good teamwork skills.
