About the Role
Our client, a leading renewable energy company in Indonesia, is looking for a motivated Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is focused on managing client accounts, supporting sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery in the solar energy sector.
What You'll Do

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Act as the main contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

Support the sales team in identifying new opportunities and upselling services.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations).

Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and payments.

Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback to improve service quality.

Assist with market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare reports on account performance and revenue.
What Were Looking For

Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in account management, sales, or client servicing (preferably in renewable energy, construction, or related industries).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred).

Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
