Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in our Jakarta office. This role requires a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly for sales positions, combined with solid knowledge of payroll and social security administration. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to building a long-term career with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, with emphasis on sourcing, attracting, and retaining top sales talent.
  • Oversee payroll preparation and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of salary disbursements.
  • Administer BPJS and other employee benefits in accordance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR operations, providing support and solutions to both management and employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies to support business growth and workforce stability.
  • Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders (fluency not required).

Requirements:

  • Male or female; preference for female candidates aged 30 40.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong track record in hiring sales professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and social security (BPJS).
  • Able to communicate in Chinese (basic proficiency acceptable).
  • Open to both local Indonesians and Chinese Indonesians.
  • Willing to commit to a long-term career in Jakarta.
