About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Barber Supplies to join our growing team on behalf of one of our clients in the grooming and barber tools industry. Reporting directly to the GM of Business Development and coordinating closely with the Principal, you will play a pivotal role in connecting barbershop professionals with high-quality tools and solutions. This role requires a strong background in trade marketing, brand strategy, and retail, along with the ability to drive business growth and build strong relationships with partners.

Requirements :
- Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in handling trade marketing, brand marketing and retail
- Person working or worked with Gillette, WHAL, London Bridge barbershop will be preferred.
- The candidate must also have strong influence and people leadership skills to partner with more large scale business functions.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field but related with job desk our priority.
- Having knowledge in digital marketing will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills. And know how to build trust, set goals, and get things done.

Job Responsibilities :

- As Sales Manager, will be acting as the bridge to various barbershop tools. This position will be reporting to GM Business Development and coordinate daily with Principal.
- Collaborate closely with sales and VM team on the planning and execution of launches for on-counter/in-store events & VIP consumer events to drive consumer engagement.
- Create & Execute 360 Launch & Re-promote plans according to Brand Strategy including forecast/allocation, visual merchandising, launch mechanics, digital plans.
- Define business issues in country and gathering the data from brand team to make sure that principal is well communicated with the challenges
- Work closely with Barbershop to create promotion plan and marketing strategy
- Responsible for obtaining consumer insight such as current trends in the needs and desires of consumers in order to help each brand business reports and conducting surveys before product new launches or build campaigns and promotions
- Assist to develop new retail stores and maintain the existing ones
- Manage and adhere to marketing budgets
- Analyse and measure campaign effectiveness, monitor competitor activities
- Preparation of launch presentations, marketing calendar & recap reports
