We are representing a rapidly scaling technology innovator specializing in Smart Grid and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solutions. With a proven track record of empowering utility companies through cutting-edge digital platforms, our Client is seeking experienced professionals to support and lead mission-critical energy infrastructure projects across the region.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, manage, and maintain all essential project documentation, including design specifications, installation manuals, testing procedures, progress updates, change logs, and meeting notes.

- Contribute to the development and review of RFPs and tender submissions, ensuring all technical aspects are accurately represented and compliant.

- Implement and oversee quality assurance protocols, including conducting site inspections and audits to verify adherence to safety regulations and technical specifications.

- Support field operations by providing training, guidance, and technical assistance to site technicians and project personnel; develop training materials and lead workshops as needed.

- Demonstrated experience managing and deploying Smart Metering and Smart Grid AMI systems, with hands-on involvement in on-site installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.

- Possess strong technical knowledge of AMI technologies and smart metering systems, complemented by excellent project coordination, team collaboration, and reporting skills.

- Open to travel as needed for site visits, inspections, and on-ground support.

Requirements:

- A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is required; a Masters degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within the utilities or energy sector.

- Demonstrated success leading complex, large-scale initiatives such as SCADA systems, AMI deployments, or CRM platform upgrades from planning through execution.

- Solid understanding of utility industry regulations, customer service operations, and emerging technologies like IoT, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and negotiation capabilities.

- Skilled in using project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP) and applying recognized frameworks (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
