Responsibilities:
As the Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to expand the company's partner network by identifying, acquiring, and managing hospitality property partners across Vietnam. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's growth and market presence in the region.
- Plan & oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to onboard properties onto the company's network.
- Identify new properties that meet the company's standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness, etc., and pitch the company's partnership proposal.
- Negotiate the company's commercial agreement with interested partners.
- Work closely with the revenue management team to drive top-line for the partner.
- Collaborate with other teams in the company, such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance, etc., to ensure smooth functioning of properties on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Based in the Ho Chi Minh or with strong knowledge of the hospitality landscape.
- 5 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, property acquisition, or hospitality business development.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales or acquisition targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM/database systems.
- Independent, self-driven, and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a startup or dynamic growth company is a strong advantage.
