The company partners with independent hotels and property owners to create standardized, affordable, and quality living spaces for millions of travelers worldwide. With a strong focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and partner success, the company is now expanding its presence in Vietnam, starting with a key focus on Ho Chi Minh.

Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to expand the company's partner network by identifying, acquiring, and managing hospitality property partners across Vietnam. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's growth and market presence in the region.

  1. Plan & oversee business development efforts for the company in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to onboard properties onto the company's network.
  2. Identify new properties that meet the company's standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness, etc., and pitch the company's partnership proposal.
  3. Negotiate the company's commercial agreement with interested partners.
  4. Work closely with the revenue management team to drive top-line for the partner.
  5. Collaborate with other teams in the company, such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance, etc., to ensure smooth functioning of properties on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

  • Based in the Ho Chi Minh or with strong knowledge of the hospitality landscape.
  • 5 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, property acquisition, or hospitality business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales or acquisition targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM/database systems.
  • Independent, self-driven, and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a startup or dynamic growth company is a strong advantage.
