Accounting Finance and Tax Manager

• Position : Finance Accounting & tax Manager (Plastic Packaging Manufacture)
  
  Job Specifications-
  1. Max Age 37 years. Preferably Male but open to both
  2. Should have S1 (Graduate) with Post Graduation degree like MBA or CA or S2. Tax Brevet A & B will be an added advantage
  3. Should be good in English
  4. Should have worked as a supervisory / managerial role for minimum 8 years in a medium / large sized Manufacturing unit
  5. Should have handled tax audit and conversant with tax restitution
  6. Should have analytical skills
  7. Should have adequate knowledge of BKPM and BI Reporting
  8. Should have adequate knowledge of Finance matters like Letter of Credit, hedging, etc
  9. Should have handled and led a team
  Job Description
  1. Will be responsible to lead a team of 8-10 persons
  2. Will be responsible for entire FAT function of the company
  3. Will be responsible for the Tax Audits and Tax Restitutions and all tax related matters of the company
  4. The candidate has to make all the reports for the management as required
  5. Liasoning with Banks, Audits, consultants etc.
  1. Knowledge of VAT and withholding taxes filing returns and reconciliations with General Ledger
  2. Supervising Accounts receivables
  3. Supervising Accounts payables including logistics
  4. Credit management and follow ups
  5. Working capital management cash flow projections
  6. FX management and hedging
  7. Banking and LCs
  8. BI/BKPM Legal reporting
  9. Vetting local contracts HR/Consultants/Transporters/forwarders etc.
  10. Handing internal and external financial audit
  11. Handling TAX audits and restitutions data preparations and communication with tax auditors
  12. Monthly/quarterly and annual closing
  13. Liaising with banks, insurance companies
• Manage the accounting function in processing financial data and information to produce company financial reports and other reports according to management needs accurately and on time.
• Plan and coordinate the preparation of the company budget and control the realization of budget use.
• Carrying out tax functions to control planning, reporting and fulfillment of tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Carry out the function of monitoring financial transactions to ensure that all financial processes and transactions are carried out in accordance with company SOPs.
• Carrying out financial analysis and other related analyzes to determine joint marketing strategies with other divisions.

Requirement : 

• Max Age 37 year
• Should be good in English and communication should be very good.
• Should have thorough knowledge of MS office and conversant with ERP.
• Should have good knowledge of Accounts, Finance and Tax having SI in Accountancy with tax brevet courses as advantages.
• Should have worked for a minimum of 3-5 years in a Manager position in large size manufacturing company
• Should have knowledge in BKPM and BI reporting like LKPM, KPPK, ULN, LLD.
• Should have good interpersonal skills and ability for innovative ideas.
