The accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.

This includes tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financialreports. 

The accountant will also be responsible for providing financial advice and support to the management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Checking Invoices and Planning payments

Cashflow Planning

Reconcile accounts

Preparing Internal financial reports

Maintaining subsidiary accounts and Related company accounts

Provide financial advice and support to management

Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations

Preparing financial reports

Maintaining the general ledger

Preparing tax returns

Supporting business processes and accounting policies

Working together with accounting teams and directors to optimize financial

operations.

Completing database backups to secure financial information

Understanding of Singapore Accounting Rules and Regulations

Understanding of Indonesia Accounting Rules and Regulations (Not Mandatory)

Understanding of Hong Kong Accounting Rules and Regulations (Not Mandatory)

Understanding XERO (Prefer)
