We are currently assisting our client in the lifestyle and consumer goods industry in recruiting a Human Resources Manager (Mandarin Speaker). This position plays a key strategic role in aligning human resources functions with the companys growth objectives, particularly in supporting business expansion in both local and regional markets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Talent Strategy & Planning
- Develop forward-looking HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Conduct regular talent audits to analyze workforce composition and identify gaps in key positions.
2. Talent Acquisition & Placement
- Understand business needs and support strategic hiring, including headhunting for key positions.
- Build a sustainable campus recruitment pipeline, collaborating with top universities.
3. Recruitment & Selection
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting candidates with global perspectives and strong intercultural communication skills.
- Optimize selection and assessment frameworks to ensure hiring quality.
4. Organizational & Talent Development
- Integrate and optimize organizational structure for greater efficiency.
- Identify and manage key talent segments including high-potential, core, and underperforming employees.
- Drive performance management and retention initiatives.
5. Training & Development
- Design and implement employee training programs covering skills, communication, and leadership.
- Conduct training evaluations and provide career development coaching.
6. Employee Relations
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, handling grievances and disputes.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and team cohesion.
7. Compensation & Benefits
- Participate in the design and enhancement of competitive and equitable compensation systems.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and formulate incentive and bonus distribution policies.
8. Organizational Development & Change Management
- Assist in optimizing organizational design to improve operational effectiveness.
- Lead and support change management initiatives across the company, including with overseas teams.
- Promote company culture internally and externally.
9. HR Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Draft and manage employment contracts and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Conduct legal training sessions to mitigate HR-related legal risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Strong strategic planning and execution capability.
- Excellent market awareness and competitive analysis skills.
- Skilled in cross-cultural communication and coordination.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations and foster organizational stability.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with local employment laws and international HR practices.
